- The “special rental bedding” service described here is provided only for the furnished apartment plans (A-F type) in Osaka area near Kansai International Airport (KIX) .
For all plans in other than Osaka area – such as Tokyo, Narita, Chubu, Fukuoka area – and Hotel plans in Osaka area, the different service of beddings will be provided. The rental bedding items we provide are thoroughly cleaned, disinfected, and inspected each time at the large special maintenance factory of Maruhachi Mawata in Shizuoka prefecture as shown below, and delivered to the apartment in a sanitary condition. All the bedding sets are replaced each time and delivered unopened in a special sterilized bedding bag, so that each resident can use them in a thoroughly maintained and clean condition.
Luxury Down Comforters for rent
All of our rental bedding quilts are down comforters in all properties. They are light and warm duvet with fine feathers and downs wrapped in a comfortable cotton fabric, and the quality can satisfy guests regardless of the season, even in the winter in Hokkaido and Tohoku area.
For the down comforter cover, we use a high-quality dobby weave comforter cover that is shiny and pleasant to the touch. and for the pillow, we use a half-blade, half-pipe pillow.
On the spring mat, we put the sheets above the bed pad, so that you can use clean and comfortable, with peace of mind.

It is said that room parasites (mites, etc.), which cannot be removed by water washing alone, need to be heat-treated at 80 degrees Celsius or higher for at least 30 minutes, so the factory performs heat treatment at 85 degrees or higher for 35 minutes, to revive them fully fluffy.
They also use an ozone generator to deodorize and sterilize beddings using ozone treatment, which is said to be effective in inactivating new coronaviruses, influenza viruses, and noroviruses.

Both of the comforter and pillow are already wrapped in freshly washed cover sheets, so you can use them immediately after opening the bag.
Setting up the bedding is very easy and hassle-free, and it ensure the cleanliness!
After use (at moving out), please put the bedding items in the special bag with the cover sheet still on.
